Site Boatwerks Restaurant

At the time that SDG was awarded the contract to build the Boatwerks Restaurant site, the restaurant hadn't been built yet. With this unique opportunity, we created a small site that chronicled the creation process of the building on the shore of Lake Macatawa. This progress is still availble on the current iteration of site.

We used the "boat builder's manual" concept to make Boatwerks a surreal looking website that functioned like a book. It has been featured on a number of design-oriented websites and is regularly commented on by restaurant goers.
